my method
My approach is based on real conversation — because that’s how people improve. We don’t waste time on generic topics or grammar you’ll never use. Instead, we focus on the situations where you actually need English: meetings, presentations, interviews, emails, negotiations, or conversations with colleagues and clients.
In every session, we speak about your real work life. While you talk, I listen closely — identifying recurring errors, unclear phrasing, or hesitation. I correct what needs to be corrected, explain grammar when it’s useful, and help you replace overthinking with clear, confident expression.
We also work on building vocabulary that’s practical and relevant for your job, your sector, and your goals.
The goal is not perfection. All you need is more time speaking and expert coaching from a teacher like me.!

My name is Pierre. I’m a Business English teacher and communication coach from San Francisco, now living in Europe. Like many of my students, I’ve had to learn a new language as an adult in order to grow professionally. I know what it feels like to want to express yourself clearly but not always have the words.
I’ve spent the past 10 years helping professionals improve their fluency, prepare for high-pressure situations, and speak English with more confidence at work. My background in psychology, professional speaking, and self-development shapes the way I teach: communication isn’t just a skill — it’s a tool for connection, confidence, and opportunity.
My approach is holistic and human. We focus on improving comprehension, fluency, and real self-expression. My sessions are a safe space to practice, learn from your mistakes and improve. No judgment, no accent shame and no pressure to be perfect. Just practical support to help you move forward while having great conversations.
