Job Interview Preparation &

Strategic Coaching

Get Ready for Your Next Big Interview

In the competitive 2026 job market, having the right skills on your CV is only half the battle. To get hired, you need a clear strategy, high-impact stories, and the confidence to speak with authority.

Many international professionals struggle with interviews not because of their English, but because they haven’t built a clear strategy or haven’t prepared for their job interviews.

I am here to ensure you aren't just reciting your entire professional history or listing skills.

Instead, I will show you how you need to communicate in order to get hired this year.

you need help preparing for your job interview if:

You are "reciting" your CV instead of pitching your future: You can list your past roles, but you struggle to explain your intentions and the specific results you will bring to this new position.

Your stories are too long and unfocused: You have the experience, but you find yourself giving rambling explanations. You need to discover how to keep your anecdotes concise, relevant, and accurate.

You lose your "spark" and energy in English: You are a high-performer, but during job interview coaching, you feel like you lose your natural charisma and struggle to sound like a confident peer.

You feel unprepared for "curveball" questions: You aren't sure which talking points to prioritize or what high-level questions to ask, leaving you feeling reactive rather than in control of the conversation.

You are not sure how to prepare for your English job interview

What we do in my interview Coaching sessions

We don't just "practice English." We build a professional communication strategy from the ground up. Our sessions cover every aspect of the process:

  • Strategic Profile Audit: We start by researching the role. We analyze the job description to align your goals with what the company actually needs.

  • Building Your Talking Points: We develop 3–5 core messages that define your value. You’ll always know exactly what to say to stay on track.

  • Extracting Result-Oriented Stories: We find the best anecdotes from your career. I help you polish these into concise examples that prove your results without long, confusing explanations.

  • Focusing on Future Intent: We move away from just talking about the past. We develop the language you need to discuss your intentions—what you will bring to the table on Day 1.

  • Mastering the Delivery: We work on your energy and charisma. We practice answering "curveball" questions and preparing smart questions for you to ask the panel, ensuring you sound both interesting and interested.

Choose the Right Preparation for You

The 1-Hour Rehearsal €55/h

Best if you have an interview in the next 48 hours or your notes are already finished.

  • What we do: We jump straight into a "Stress Test." We role-play the interview, and I give you feedback on your energy, your timing, and how to make your answers more concise.

The Goal: To make sure you go into the room feeling calm and sounding like a confident professional.

The 3-Hour Strategy €160

Best if you have a job description but aren't sure how to explain your experience yet.

  • Step 1: We study the job description and create your 3–5 core Talking Points.

  • Step 2: We build your "Story Bank" by finding the best Anecdotes from your past work.

  • Step 3: We practice your delivery and prepare the questions you will ask the recruiter.

The Goal: To give you a full plan so you never "freeze" or ramble during the interview.

The 5-Hour Full Coaching €280

Best if you are changing careers, applying for leadership roles, or want maximum practice.

  • What we do: Everything in the 3-hour plan, plus extra time for Job Interview Coaching. We do multiple mock interviews, refine your presentation slides, and practice discussing your "Future Intent" until it feels completely natural.

The Goal: To transform how you communicate so you sound like an expert peer, not just another applicant.
