How the coaching works
Awareness
Every communication situation is different. We start by understanding you, your environment, your goals and the people you need to communicate with. This gives us the context we need to decide what your communication needs to achieve.
Strategy
Once we understand the situation, we identify the messages that need to come through. We focus on what you want people to understand, remember or respond to so your communication is relevant to your objectives.
Delivery
We then work on how you communicate those messages. This means developing your own voice while becoming more intentional about your delivery. The goal is to gain the confidence and tools to communicate in a way that feels authentic to you and achieves the effect you want.
