Job interview preparation sessions
Get ready for your
next job interview
The 2026 job market is slow, cautious and hyper-selective. Simply being qualified isn't enough to pass your interviews. You need to translate your experience, goals and intentions into a narrative that aligns directly with how companies are making hiring decisions right now.
My coaching helps you understand how to position yourself and communicate your value in a way that is relevant to the role, the company and the people making the hiring decision.
Why it’s so hard to get hired
If you are looking for a job right now, you are probably sending out dozens of applications only to hear total silence from automated screening tools.
You are exhausted and tired of waiting. And when you finally get an interview, the real challenge begins. Slow hiring processes and ghosting seem to the norm these days. This can drain your energy and make you begin to doubt yourself.
After sending application after application, going through multiple rounds of interviews and still not receiving an offer, it’s easy to become frustrated and start questioning what you’re doing wrong.
That’s why the best thing you can do for yourself in have someone to help you understand how to get hired in 2026.
what we prepare in session
-
We first build a clear picture of the role and the business behind it.
This means researching the company, its current priorities and the market it operates in.
We look at what is relevant to the position so you know what to bring into the interview and how to position yourself.
-
Based on our research, we develop key talking points around the experience, skills and anecdotes that make you a strong candidate for the role.
These give you a clear focus for the interview without relying on memorized introductions or rehearsed answers.
The goal is to push the conversation where you want it to go, focus on the things that make you stand out as a strong candidate and keep the conversation relevant.
-
We identify specific moments from your experience that demonstrate your capabilities.
The focus is on concrete examples and results where you had a direct impact.
These anecdotes give you a memorable way to illustrate your skills and experience while creating a stronger connection with the person interviewing you.
-
Who you are speaking to should influence how you present yourself. Speaking to a general hiring manager from HR is not the same thing as speaking to the person who may end up being your direct manager or close colleague.
As you move through the interview process, we look at who you are speaking to and what they are looking for.
This helps you adapt how you present yourself so you can better connect with the person you’re speaking to.
-
We prepare you for the questions you are likely to face so you can respond naturally and communicate the points you want to make. We also develop the questions you should ask.
The right questions can reveal how you think about the role, show your curiosity and intentions and help you understand your own position in the situation.
Questions can also be used to direct the conversation where you want it to go!
-
It’s not just about what you say. It’s also about how you communicate it. We work on your delivery so the way you present yourself reflects confidence and supports what you are saying.
This includes your tone of voice, body language, energy and emotional expression.
We also identify anything that may make you appear nervous or distract from your message so you can communicate naturally and with greater impact.
Is this coaching for you?
This coaching is for you if you have an important job interview coming up and want to feel fully prepared.
You want to be clear about what you need to say and where to focus your attention. The goal is to know which parts of your experience, skills and anecdotes deserve the most attention so you can communicate them with confidence.
For those preparing for several rounds of interviews, each conversation can require a slightly different approach. Being prepared means knowing what you want to communicate, understanding who you are speaking to and feeling ready to respond when the conversation takes an unexpected turn.

regaining confidence
Would highly recommend Pierre's coaching for anyone who wants to feel more confident and assured when speaking/interviewing etc. Pierre's thorough analysis during our call meant his advice was tailored and relevant to my goals. He took the time to listen, engage, and offer valuable feedback that can be used throughout life, not just in interviews and public speaking. If you need honest, valuable advice, Pierre is the man to speak with!

Knowing what to say and how
After relocating to another country, I found myself in a new job market. The job search was much harder and took longer than I expected. Over time, I lost confidence in my ability to present my experience in a way that was relevant to today’s job market. Pierre’s coaching helped me identify the strengths and experience I should highlight and, most importantly, how to communicate them in a way that resonates with employers today.
