Professional Communication Coaching
One-to-one coaching to help you communicate
with greater clarity, confidence and intention
The way you communicate has a direct impact on your professional life. It affects your reputation, collaboration and leadership. Most importantly, your communication skills directly impact your ability to achieve your professional objectives. This is why you should be intentional about how you express yourself at work. Together, we will identify key aspects of your communication that may be holding you back and refine them through targeted exercises and expert guidance.
Are you ready to turn this underrated soft skill into hard power that you will leverage?
Poor Communication Has Consequences
Bad communication habits cause real problems at work.
In fact, 86% of employees and managers say that bad communication is the main reason why projects fail.
Unclear speaking also hurts how people see you as a leader. Studies show that 79% of employees say that they need their boss to communicate clearly to understand their goals and stay motivated.
And yet, communication is rarely something professionals are taught to examine, practise and deliberately improve.
Is this for you?
This coaching is for you if you know there are aspects of your communication that you want to improve. You may have received feedback about the way you speak or simply recognise that something needs to be better. Maybe you have a hard time being concise or direct. Maybe you lack speaking confidence and executive presence. Either way, you understand that your performance and career growth depend on how you communicate.
Lastly, you are ready to put in the work to improve.
What I can help improve
-
Some people struggle to get to the point when they speak. They may ramble, give too much detail or speak vaguely. This can cause unnecessary confusion, delay projects and even hamper relationships.
-
Imposter syndrome and speaking anxiety are confidence killers, especially if you are transitioning into leadership roles or taking on more responsibility. If you don’t sound like you believe what you are saying, why would anybody else?
-
Many professionals soften their language with excessive qualifiers ("I just think maybe we could..."), which undermines authority. Knowing how to communicate directly without being aggressive is a major pillar of leadership development.
-
It can be difficult to adapt your message to your audience. You may focus on what you want to say without considering how your audience may hear that. As a result, your message may not land as intended.
-
Weak influence can make it harder to get your ideas heard and gain support from others. You may struggle to persuade people, build buy-in, or get others to take action. Over time, this can leave you feeling overlooked, underestimated, or frustrated by the lack of impact you have.
-
Unconscious habits like filler words (um, like, you know), speaking too fast/slow, mumbling, poor eye contact and weak vocal projection directly undermine credibility and ruin your personal brand.
How the coaching works
Good communication has a clear purpose. You may want to have a better relationship with your team. You may want to have more influence in your department. Maybe, you need to do a better job at leading important meetings.
So we start by understanding your objectives and examine how your communication influences your ability to achieve them.
From there, we identify key aspects you need to improve and visualize what improvement looks like.
Once we lock in our focus, I create a targeted coaching program with a defined scope and timeframe.
Then, we get to work. Depending on the challenge, this may involve practical frameworks, speaking drills, agility work, rehearsal and role-playing.
The result of working with me is refined speaking skills and the ability to strategically employ your communication skills.
The Outcome
Lasting Confidence
More Authenticity
Greater Influence
Stronger Public Speaking
More Clarity and Less Confusion
Effective Leadership
You communicate with more intention and have greater control over how you show up professionally. You put more purpose behind how you express yourself and feel more confident speaking in high-pressure situations.
You get your message across more effectively the first time. This reduces confusion and makes it easier for others to understand and act on what you communicate. You become a more reliable collaborator and leader for the people who rely on you.
You gain confidence not only in your speaking but in your ability to navigate challenging communication situations. You understand how to use communication to your advantage and trust yourself to handle situations that previously felt difficult.

How to start the work
Start with a consultation. We discuss your situation and goals. If needed, we then do a deeper diagnostic. From there, I propose a personalised coaching program with clear objectives, strategies and results. Then we work through the program, track your progress and measure results. You finish with a clear overview of your progress and recommended next steps. Contact me to book your initial consultation and to learn about pricing.
-
1 hour
We start with a conversation about the communication challenges you are facing at work and what you want to achieve. You can give me context about your role, work environment and the situations you find difficult. I’ll give you my initial perspective and we’ll decide whether a deeper diagnostic would be useful.
-
90 minutes | Paid session
We take a closer look at your communication patterns, the situations you find challenging and the areas where there is room for improvement. Through more specific questions and deeper analysis, we develop a clearer understanding of what is happening and what needs to change.
You leave the session with a clearer understanding of your communication challenges and the areas that could benefit from focused development. This assessment then provides the foundation for designing a personalised coaching program around your objectives and needs.
-
After the diagnostic, I propose a personalised coaching program based on the areas we have identified and the progress we want to achieve. The program has a defined scope, concrete KPIs and a specific timeframe so we can measure progress and work towards the objectives that will have the greatest impact.
At the beginning of the program, you receive a detailed briefing outlining the areas of focus, objectives, KPIs and planned approach. Every session is personalised not only to your goals but also to the way you learn. Depending on what will help you progress, we may work through exercises, role-playing, practical frameworks and in-depth coaching conversations.
Progress is measured throughout the program through ongoing feedback and the agreed KPIs. At the end, you receive a report outlining the work completed, progress made and recommended next steps.
Any documentation your company needs regarding the program, progress or results can also be provided.
